The front desk, Nurse Kelsey and Nurse Vang were professional, friendly, helpful and took time explaining each procedure. I have suffered monthly bladder infections for over ten years. Nurse Kelsey suggested a medication change and I have been infection free for 2 months. Yeah!!

Everyone on this team gave me exceptional care. They made me feel safe and provided me with the knowledge that I needed to make my decision to go forth withmy surgery!! I recommend Dr. Tam and her complete staff here a the downtown Sacramento office!!

Today I was treated by Simron (Dr. Hilgers nurse) for my prolapsed uterus and bladder. She was so very nice, caring, informative, and has a great bedside manner. I hope to see her again for treatment. She is a KEEPER!!

06/25/2025: Dr. Kasturi did an excellent job on my surgery. The improvement in my rectal prolapse repair is excellent. The intake nurse during my first appointment, NP Kayla, also did an excellent job helping me assess my needs and the direction of care options from which I would need to choose. Her ability to respect my dignity and show concern for my situation was excellent, as was her support when I first met Dr. Kasturi in what might have been an overwhelming meeting, but instead was a more well informed and supported interaction.

I'm 6 weeks post surgery doing awesome. I can now go jump on a trampoline, laugh, or sneeze without wetting my pants. I had a sling for stress incontinence.

Dr. Buono was amazing, a good listener, and explained clearly the process needed to fix my issue. I felt she was genuinely concerned, & instilled the confidence I needed to move forward with the surgery with her. Friendly, incredible staff and knowledgeable, supported physician. I'm very happy that I found Dr. Buono, and look forward to her helping me to move on to a more quality of life.

My wife recently had a surgical consult with Dr. Hilger. As a physician myself, and from private practice, I watch how an office is run, and how the doctor handles the small stuff - because it reflects on the underlying philosophy behind the group. Dr. Hilger blew us away us away with his immediate warmth and professionalism. He was able to speak to us BOTH at our respective levels of anatomic curiosity, and reassure us BOTH with his calm, competent demeanor. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Buono and the employees at your Sacramento office. The level of professionalism shown by each and every one of them is outstanding! They are always on time and organized and they take care of their patients. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Dr. Buono. She is easy to talk to and takes the time to explain everything so that she is sure you understand all the steps involved. My life quality was at a 3 when I first went to see Dr. Buono about having surgery. It is less than a year later, and my quality of life is a 10!! I am so happy I went to see Dr. Buono.
